I’m a little green frog, swimming in the water.
A little green frog doing what he ‘otter.
I jumped upon a lily pad
I caught a fly and I said, “I’m glad”.

We have all seen lily pads (or nymphaeaceae, if you prefer) and somehow they seem to bring out the child in me. That, and the song that keeps going over and over in my head. These were found, swimming in the water, in Lake Sacajawea in Longview on a recent Summer evening. Sadly, no frogs were seen, though. Photo: Taken at Lake Sacajawea Park in Longview on 15 July 2010.
