The Tide is Out
The most obvious thing that I can say about this scene from the bay in Kingston, Washington is that the tide is out. It’s very out. The private boat dock with the boat next to it is about 200 feet from the edge of the water, with only the muddy ground in between. The seagulls don’t seem to mind, though.
