Hello, Sorry to hear that someone promised services that could not be delivered. it is rare, but sometimes there are conflicts between the systems that order the service and how the distance reports to the loop qualifying interface that the chat group uses. It has to do with the distance from the Co or whether or not your address is connected via remote terminal. Anyhow, not sure if there is anything we can do at this point, but here to help if we can.
