City staff will present the draft of the city’s Urban Forest Plan for discussion. The plan is based on a city council-approved tree canopy coverage target of 45%.

Part of the development process of the City of Bellingham’s 20-year plan, this open house will gather feedback from community members on housing affordability in Bellingham.

The Washington State Legislature is providing funding to Whatcom County to develop and implement outreach and provide filing assistance to water users. Survey online.

Bellingham could grow in a variety of ways. Let the City of Bellingham know the pros and cons of each of the listed approaches on its individual comment boards. Add pros and cons (or up-vote someone else’s comment). Go to this webpage and scroll halfway down to see the comment boards.

Proposed expansion of Bellingham’s transit station. Deadline: 2024

Whatcom Transportation Authority is accepting written comment through its Engage WTA website on a proposal to expand Bellingham Station, to allow room for more buses and additional public uses. Survey online.
