The subcommittee will discuss programs intended to reduce incarceration rates for people with mental illness or substance use disorder.

The WCOG board will hold a public hearing on changes to its Title VI plan, which outlines how the agency will comply with federal nondiscrimination laws. State officials requested the changes after reviewing the plan.

Whatcom Transportation Authority is accepting written comment through its Engage WTA website on a proposal to expand Bellingham Station, to allow room for more buses and additional public uses. Survey online.
