Gallery: “Arbitrary Borders” features artists of color at Western Washington University
A detail of Alfredo Arreguín's "Caletilla" (1976) is part of the exhibit. Arreguín, an artist who was born in Mexico, but has resided in the U.S. since 1959, is based in Seattle.
